You will receive a brand-new Steam account already set to a cheap region, giving you access to game prices up to 10× lower than standard.
Available regions:
- 🇺🇦 Ukraine — Recommended. Cheapest prices overall, no accounts have ever been reverted, and gift cards from many currencies work here.
- 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan — Very cheap. USD and most global gift cards work.
- 🇮🇳 India — Good prices. INR gift cards supported.
- 🇦🇷 Argentina — Currency switched to USD in Nov 2023. USD, EUR and most global gift cards work.
- 🇹🇷 Turkey — Also switched to USD in Nov 2023. Same gift card support as Argentina.
Use SteamDB or Augmented Steam to compare prices across regions before deciding.
These steps are important. Read them carefully and revisit occasionally — they may be updated.
- Wait at least 72 hours (3 days) before changing your password.
- Wait at least 96 hours (4 days) before buying games or in-game items, using the Community Market, redeeming gift cards, refunding games, or sending/accepting gifts.
- Do NOT add funds or buy anything with a debit/credit card — this can trigger an account alert. Use one of the 3 safe methods listed in the section below.
- Do not gift funds from other accounts.
- Do not mass sell trading cards or skins on the Community Market.
- Do not list an item on the market to purchase it with an alt account.
- You will need to add the equivalent of $5 USD in gift cards to remove new account limitations (such as adding friends and accessing the Community Market).
The cheapest and easiest option. Funds can be added to the account before it is delivered to you, so the balance is already in the local currency when you receive it.
Easy and convenient. Buy them from G2A, Offgamers, SEAGM, AR-Pay, or any other online store.
- 🇺🇦 Ukraine: UAH, INR, COL, SAR, AED, PLN and GBP gift cards work. USD and EUR no longer work.
- 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan: USD and gift cards from most global currencies work.
- 🇦🇷 🇹🇷 Argentina & Turkey: USD, EUR and most global gift cards work.
- 🇮🇳 India: INR gift cards can be redeemed here.
Buy TF2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys or other Steam items on third-party marketplaces, then sell them on the Steam Community Market. A ~15% fee applies but you will still get the best effective rate.

Sending games to accounts in other regions is not possible due to regional price differences.
To accept a gift from an account in the same region, follow these steps:
- Open CMD and run
ipconfig /flushdnsto clear your DNS cache. - Go to Steam Guard Manager and de-authorize all your devices.
- Log out of your Steam account.
- Connect a VPN to the country of your account's region (e.g. Ukraine).
- Log in and accept the gift. The VPN can be turned off afterwards.
